For more than two decades, Martin Ayanegui has been focused on his business. He has been motivated by his clients, inspired by his projects, and encouraged by his family and friends to continue expanding and growing. As Ayanegui’s Home Office Houston celebrates its 27th anniversary this year, he reflects back on what has made his company successful.
From the early days during college at the University of Houston working as a volunteer at local museum's to resolve lighting issues for galleries and displays, he has evolved his once small company into a powerhouse enterprise offering interior design for homes and businesses, exterior/interior lighting design, construction, and large and small remodeling. Also, facility management, maintenance and event planning.
His award-winning work and work ethic have caught the eye of many. Almost all of his work has been the result of referrals. But, with recent exposure on national television, including CNBC’s Billion Dollar Buyer with Tilman Fertitta, TLC’s show The Little People, NBC Universal’s Steve Harvey Show, as well as A&E, HGTV and local television affiliates, Ayanegui is busier than ever.
